Mobile Developer - Talent Pool

Role overview This is an open application to a mobile development talent pool for a software consultancy that builds fintech products and related digital services. Candidates whose background matches the team's needs will be contacted first when a suitable mobile position opens, rather than being hired into a defined vacancy today. The work centers on crafting mobile experiences that support payments, financial workflows, and emerging areas such as blockchain-based services.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain mobile applications that integrate with payment platforms, banking-style backends, and fintech service APIs - Translate product requirements into responsive, reliable user interfaces for iOS and/or Android - Collaborate with backend, cloud, and AI-focused colleagues to deliver end-to-end features across the stack - Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and shared engineering practices - Stay current with mobile frameworks and platform updates to recommend pragmatic improvements

Requirements - Hands-on experience as a mobile developer on at least one major platform (iOS or Android), including native or cross-platform frameworks - Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON data exchange, and integrating third-party services - Familiarity with version control workflows and collaborative development in a team setting - Understanding of mobile app release processes, including build, signing, and store submission basics - Interest in or exposure to fintech-adjacent domains such as payments, financial data, or distributed-ledger technologies

Nice to have - Experience with cross-platform tools (for example React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform) - Prior work on applications handling sensitive financial data with attention to security and compliance - Comfort working across the wider stack, including backend, cloud infrastructure, or applied AI features
