Senior GenAI Solution Engineer (all genders)

Role overview This is a senior engineering position focused on designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI systems for large enterprise clients. The work blends hands-on technical leadership—prototyping, building, and deploying LLM-powered solutions—with client-facing consulting and stakeholder advisory. The role sits at the intersection of applied AI research, scalable software engineering, and business transformation.

Responsibilities - Lead AI solution development across the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept through to deployment in scalable, highly available production environments - Build robust backend services in Python that integrate state-of-the-art large language models and perform reliably under production load - Design and implement autonomous agent architectures that automate real-world workflows through tool calling, memory management, and safety guardrails - Embed AI agents into the software development lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated code review, testing, and documentation - Establish and maintain software quality standards through clean architecture, automated testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines - Implement evaluation and monitoring frameworks to track accuracy, latency, and cost, driving continuous optimization - Partner with business and management stakeholders in workshops, translating complex AI concepts into tangible business outcomes

Requirements - Deep hands-on experience building and deploying production AI or GenAI systems end to end - Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend engineering for scalable, high-availability services - Practical experience with large language models, agent frameworks, and tool-calling patterns - Familiarity with clean architecture principles, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and executive audiences - Consulting or client-facing experience engaging senior stakeholders on technical topics
