Software Developer (Algorithmic Engineering)

Role overview Build efficient trading software, balancing execution speed with code that remains practical to maintain. You’ll work closely with quantitative researchers, contributing to systems where performance and reliability have a direct business impact.

Responsibilities - Implement and refine algorithms for trading systems, considering both performance and maintainability. - Coordinate with quantitative researchers to clarify technical needs and deliver solutions. - Write asynchronous, templated, networked, and thread-safe code. - Use fast feedback to assess results and improve implementations.

Requirements - Strong grounding in data structures and algorithms, ideally supported by competitive programming experience. - Experience programming in C or C++. - Understanding of Linux internals and networking. - Written and spoken English sufficient for work with an international team. - Careful, responsible approach and effective communication with colleagues.

Nice to have - Experience with low-latency or real-time development, especially at sub-microsecond scales. - Familiarity with lock-free containers and concurrent programming approaches. - Knowledge of CUDA.
