Data Analyst III/Sr

Role overview A senior-level analytics position focused on turning raw operational data into scalable dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insights. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to scope requirements and deliver reliable, performant analytical solutions, while also mentoring end users on best practices.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into data models, dashboards, and actionable insights. - Design and build analytical solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information for decision-making. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytic products with a focus on usability, performance, and accuracy. - Provide technical guidance to end users through office hours, troubleshooting, and analytics best-practice sharing. - Document solution architecture, data models, technical designs, and development standards. - Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, or data analytics. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration. - Strong SQL skills, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security, and Attribute-Based Access Control. - Working knowledge of data lakes, modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve analysis, development, and documentation.

Nice to have

- Oil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred.
