About this role
Role overview A specialist architecture role focused on taking artificial intelligence systems into production. The work spans grounded assistants, agentic workflows, evaluation harnesses, and the governance controls required to operate these systems safely and reliably.
Responsibilities - Design end-to-end architectures for production AI systems, including assistants and agentic workflows. - Define and implement evaluation harnesses that measure quality, safety, and reliability of AI behavior. - Establish governance controls covering access, data handling, and operational safeguards. - Advise engineering teams on grounding techniques, retrieval, and orchestration patterns. - Partner with stakeholders to ensure AI deployments meet safety and compliance expectations.
Requirements - Hands-on experience designing AI systems intended for production use rather than prototypes. - Familiarity with grounded assistants, agentic workflows, and LLM evaluation methodologies. - Understanding of governance, safety, and risk controls for AI in operational environments. - Ability to translate AI capabilities into architectures that engineering teams can build and maintain.
Nice to have - Background in evaluation infrastructure, including automated testing and benchmarking pipelines for AI components.
