Role overview
Lead client access provisioning for revenue cycle teams working across healthcare client environments. You’ll manage secure, timely access throughout the user lifecycle, guide a provisioning team, and coordinate with identity, technology, implementation, operations, and client partners to support readiness and reliable ongoing service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding, access changes, transfers, client assignments, terminations, and deprovisioning across multiple clients. - Track service levels, request volume, backlog, aging, quality, escalations, and team workload; resolve complex access issues. - Ensure provisioning follows authorization, security, documentation, and compliance requirements. - Represent provisioning in client implementations and go-live planning; establish access requirements, approvals, documentation, and escalation paths before handoff. - Standardize procedures while maintaining necessary client-specific access records and processes. - Coach and develop team members, manage capacity, and partner with identity and technology teams to simplify or automate repetitive work.
Requirements
- Experience leading access provisioning or identity lifecycle operations in a healthcare or revenue cycle environment. - People leadership skills, including coaching, setting expectations, and managing capacity and accountability. - Operational experience tracking service performance, quality, backlogs, and escalations. - Ability to coordinate implementation readiness and transition work into steady-state support. - Strong client partnership and cross-functional communication skills. - A process improvement mindset, including identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve documentation.
