Role overview This position owns the day-to-day reliability of the financial and people-operations systems that Accounting, Finance, and HR depend on. The role blends hands-on administration, stakeholder partnership, and embedded AI/automation work to keep workflows healthy, access clean, and integrations stable as the organization scales.

Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end administration across a multi-system stack covering configuration, workflows, integration health, and routine maintenance. - Govern access protocols for restricted financial and HR data, including provisioning, role changes, and quarterly access reviews. - Translate business needs from Accounting, Finance, and People teams into system configurations, workflow improvements, and process changes. - Lead the systems layer of cross-functional projects, partnering with engineering teams on integrations and technical initiatives. - Use AI and automation tooling daily to eliminate repetitive manual work in owned systems. - Maintain living documentation of configurations, workflows, and change decisions so institutional knowledge is durable.

Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration with depth across roles, workflows, and permissions. - Demonstrated recent (last 6–12 months) use of AI tools to eliminate manual work in operational contexts. - Direct administration experience across multiple financial and HR systems, including hands-on HRIS administration. - Track record partnering with Accounting, Finance, and People teams to convert close, reporting, and process needs into system improvements. - A bias toward speed, with the judgment to resolve lower-stakes decisions independently. - Strong written communication, including documentation that non-technical stakeholders actually use.

Nice to have - Experience working alongside engineering on integration projects touching finance or people systems.
