Solutions Architect - Central

Role overview As a Solutions Architect, you’ll help enterprise customers understand and adopt software security solutions across their development workflows. The role combines technical presales, product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams to shape solutions around real security needs.

Responsibilities - Explain application security and software supply chain security concepts to developers and technical decision-makers. - Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and customer evaluations. - Become a product expert and connect solution capabilities to each customer’s environment and challenges. - Guide customers through onboarding and adoption so they can meet their security and development goals. - Bring customer feedback to product and engineering teams and help design practical solutions.

Requirements - Experience in presales or another customer-facing technical role, including demonstrations, evaluations, and technical discussions. - Solid grounding in software development, such as backend or full-stack work, CI/CD, Git workflows, and DevOps tools. - Familiarity with application security, software supply chain security, identity and access management, or cloud-native environments. - Understanding of developer, DevOps, application security, and open-source ecosystems; programming ability is useful. - Experience working with enterprise technical customers and communicating complex solutions in a sales cycle. - Curiosity, collaborative problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.
