Senior DevOps Engineer

Role overview Design and operate the infrastructure and automation that support reliable software builds and deployments. The work spans CI/CD platform design, infrastructure provisioning, container orchestration, and operational practices across on-premises and hybrid environments, with security and observability built into the delivery process.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain scalable systems for software builds, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments in on-premises environments. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible. - Develop and maintain delivery pipelines with Jenkins, Groovy, and Python. - Deploy and operate containerized applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, supporting scale, security, observability, and reliability. - Partner with development and operations teams to troubleshoot distributed systems and improve delivery workflows. - Establish and maintain monitoring, security practices, infrastructure standards, and technical documentation.

Requirements - Professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering. - Strong experience designing CI/CD platforms and working with GitOps. - Deep understanding of DevSecOps and security automation. - Strong Python skills for automation, pipeline orchestration, and delivery workflows. - Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Groovy, and Jenkins. - Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and container orchestration. - Experience with virtual machines, containers, and hybrid infrastructure, plus working knowledge of networking, security policies, access management, monitoring, and observability. - Ability to solve problems in distributed and production environments and communicate fluently in written and spoken English.

Nice to have - Experience with OLVM or vSphere.
