Job details
About this role
Role overview Own the end-to-end product experience for the self-serve side of a creative AI platform used by creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across dozens of languages. The role blends product, growth, and go-to-market responsibilities, with broad scope over pricing, onboarding, lifecycle, and the user journey from first generation through multi-step creative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption, pulling on product, pricing, onboarding, lifecycle, and go-to-market levers. - Scope and define major bets across image, video, music, voice agents, and editing workflows. - Identify the biggest opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, then convert them into well-scoped projects. - Drive adoption of newer experiences such as agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform. - Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and moments that introduce users to new parts of the product. - Define and track success metrics covering activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products. - Track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and moving them through product, pricing, and lifecycle levers. - Deep familiarity with the creator and marketer landscape and a habit of bringing user insights into product decisions. - Experience scoping and owning large, ambiguous initiatives end to end. - Design-minded with a high quality bar and the ability to mock up early concepts independently. - Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs. - Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics tools. - Bias toward shipping quickly and iterating based on what the data shows.
Nice to have
- Genuine curiosity about AI and creative tools, with close attention to how the space is evolving.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first global team that prioritizes talent over location. - Annual discretionary learning and development stipend. - Annual discretionary social travel stipend for meeting colleagues. - Yearly company offsite bringing the whole team together. - Monthly co-working stipend for those not located near a main hub.
