Full-Stack Engineer - ElevenAPI

Role overview

Build product features that help developers move from their first API key to a successful production integration. You will work across the dashboard and related product flows, improving how developers onboard, manage integrations, and understand usage. The role offers end-to-end ownership in a small remote team, using user feedback and experiments to guide product decisions.

Responsibilities

- Improve the developer dashboard so users can manage integrations and understand how their applications and agents use the platform. - Simplify onboarding, including API key creation and the path to a first successful integration. - Design and run experiments to improve activation, key creation, and self-service subscriptions; use results to guide follow-up work. - Own features from discovery and design through frontend and backend implementation, deployment, and iteration. - Work with teammates and users to identify friction and improve the developer experience.

Requirements

- Strong full-stack engineering skills, especially in frontend development, with confidence building backend services and APIs. - Good product judgement and attention to user experience, including the ability to make complex developer workflows intuitive. - Experience using user feedback, product data, and experimentation to prioritize work and improve measurable outcomes. - Ability to take independent ownership from initial problem through delivery, communicate clearly, and an interest in developer tools and developer experience.

Nice to have

- Experience with developer-facing products, API dashboards, or onboarding flows. - Prior technical or team leadership experience. Generative audio experience is not required.
