Role overview
You’ll build and improve an Android creative app that brings AI-powered audio capabilities to users. Working with product, design and research, you’ll deliver features, learn from experiments and help guide the app’s architecture and technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship native Android features that integrate with audio AI models. - Use experiments and product data to identify which improvements are most likely to increase engagement. - Design and run A/B tests, then use the results to inform product decisions. - Own app performance, responsiveness and production quality. - Contribute to architectural and technical direction while adapting to changing priorities.
Requirements
- Strong Android development experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. - A record of shipping mobile features that improved user engagement. - Experience designing and running A/B tests and interpreting results. - Ability to work autonomously through ambiguity and bring structure to evolving work. - Experience maintaining performance, quality and responsiveness in a production app.
Nice to have
- Experience with Android audio playback or streaming. - Experience building mobile build, test or release infrastructure.

The role is remote-first, with a preference for candidates able to work between GMT and GMT+4. Offices are available in London, Warsaw, Dublin, Amsterdam and Paris.
