Sr Data Analyst (English & French speaking)

Role overview Guide a portfolio of roughly four to eight clients in improving how they use digital experience data. The work combines advanced analysis, customer consultation, and strategic recommendations: connect technical performance findings to user behavior and business outcomes, while helping clients expand adoption across teams. The role also includes mentoring newer analysts and balancing priorities across complex engagements.

Responsibilities - Analyze complex customer data, including backend trace information, to investigate issues and identify root causes. - Translate technical performance and experience findings into business context, customer insights, and actionable recommendations. - Manage multiple client engagements, competing deadlines, and relationships across different teams and stakeholder groups. - Identify new use cases and opportunities to broaden adoption; explain the value of increased utilization. - Coordinate with support colleagues and internal account teams to address client needs and advance engagements. - Present analysis in proofs of concept and executive or customer reviews, share value stories, and mentor newer team members.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as marketing, statistics, mathematics, or economics. - Three to five years of data analysis experience, including interpreting complex datasets and presenting findings clearly. - UK citizenship. - Professional written and spoken fluency in both English and French. - Strong prioritization and time management skills for work spanning several clients, teams, and priorities.

Nice to have Experience identifying expansion opportunities in complex organizations; collaborating with account and customer success teams; using analytics and product insights tools; analyzing business events and backend data; tailoring deliverables to distinct use cases; and preparing executive value reporting.

Benefits and work setup The listed salary range is £48,000–£65,000, depending on suitability and skills.
