Sr Data Analyst

Role overview

The Senior Data Analyst role partners with large enterprise clients across industries such as retail, finance, travel, and automotive to turn observability and digital experience data into business-changing insight. The position blends hands-on analysis with strategic consulting, executive-level communication, and account management, helping clients improve site performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of 4–8 enterprise client accounts, owning relationships, expectations, and growth - Translate digital experience and business analytics data into clear performance strategies and recommendations - Present findings, vision, and recommendations to stakeholders ranging from developers to executives - Perform ad-hoc analysis, configure monitoring tooling, run testing initiatives, and deliver client enablement - Build dashboards, reports, and detailed analyses from web and user behavior data - Relay client feedback to product teams to inform roadmap decisions - Contribute to internal process improvements, training, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative field - 3–5 years of experience analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings to varied audiences - Proficiency with querying languages such as SQL, GraphQL, SPARQL, MQL, or SPL - Familiarity with analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe, R, SPSS, or Advanced Excel - Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, networking, and content delivery networks - Customer-first mindset with the ability to operate under pressure and balance competing priorities

Nice to have

- Experience with digital experience monitoring platforms and session replay tooling - Familiarity with real user monitoring for both web and mobile applications - Experience working with observability and application performance monitoring tools
