Partner Solution Architect - Cloud and AI Alliances

Role overview A Partner Solution Architect role within Cloud and AI Alliances, serving as a strategic technical liaison between the company and major hyperscaler partner organizations. The position drives co-innovation, joint go-to-market, and technical narrative development for cloud-plus-product solutions, with a strong emphasis on observability and AI-ready cloud architectures.

Responsibilities - Own the technical relationship with cloud partner engineering, solutions architecture, and product teams to drive co-innovation and joint solution integrations - Develop reference architectures, solution briefs, and technical content such as whitepapers, blogs, demos, and workshop kits that articulate the combined partner value proposition - Channel cloud ecosystem trends and integration gaps back into product management and support beta programs for joint solutions - Enable internal field teams and partner sales/technical teams through training, playbooks, content, and demos so they can independently position cloud co-sell opportunities - Support cloud partner events and co-marketing campaigns with technical content and presentations - Represent the company as a subject-matter expert in the cloud partner community through published content and thought leadership

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience - 8+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or technical alliance/partner engineering roles - Deep hands-on expertise with cloud services spanning compute, networking, containers, and data/AI services - Strong writing and presentation skills with a track record of published technical content - Hands-on solution architecture and deployment experience with Kubernetes, serverless, and AI services in one or more hyperscaler clouds - Strong observability or APM background and familiarity with SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD practices in cloud environments

Nice to have - Prior technical alliance or partner solutions architecture experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft, or GCP - Familiarity with cloud partner programs, competencies, and co-sell, co-build, and co-market motions - Hands-on experience with observability platforms (the company's own product or comparable tools such as Datadog or New Relic) - Proficiency in Java, Golang, C#/.NET, Python, or similar languages - Cloud partner certifications across one or more clouds

Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of $155,000–$195,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and work location - Total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, a reward system, medical/dental benefits, and a company-matching 401(k)
