Associate Sales Engineer, SE Desk (French Bilingual)

Role overview Work as part of a Sales Engineering desk supporting prospective and existing customers of an IoT operations platform, with a particular focus on French-speaking accounts. You will partner with Account Executives to translate customer operations challenges in logistics, fleet, supply chain, and asset management into well-scoped technical solutions spanning hardware, cloud, and integrations.

Responsibilities - Join sales conversations covering IoT hardware, sensors, carrier networks, and cloud infrastructure. - Demonstrate hands-on installation and deployment scenarios, including system integration through open APIs. - Scope solutions that span global asset management, machine diagnostics, and regulatory compliance. - Deliver presentations, demos, and technical responses in both English and French. - Collaborate with product, support, and deployment teams to validate proposed architectures for customers.

Requirements - Professional fluency in French and English, with the ability to run technical conversations in both languages. - Working knowledge of IoT hardware and sensors, networking concepts, and cloud infrastructure. - Familiarity with APIs, system integration patterns, and at least one modern programming or scripting language. - Strong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customer technical and operational stakeholders. - Must reside within the United States and be eligible to work remotely.

Nice to have - Prior experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role. - Exposure to logistics, transportation, construction, field services, or other physical-operations industries.
