Lead Professional Services Consultant, ACE

Role overview This is a senior professional services position focused on guiding large enterprise customers through successful technology rollouts and digital transformation programs. The consultant serves as a strategic program manager, driving cultural and process change while ensuring smooth adoption of the company's observability and monitoring platform across complex IT environments.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end enterprise rollouts for up to two major clients, dedicating roughly 20 hours per week to each account using a structured program management framework - Coordinate internal consulting and architecture teams along with partner resources to deliver cohesive, integrated services - Drive strategic planning workshops and digital performance accelerator engagements focused on advanced use cases - Define, track, and report on customer goals, leading kickoff meetings, weekly status reviews, and quarterly business reviews - Partner with account executives, customer success managers, and regional service leaders to identify expansion opportunities and align on engagement priorities - Recommend and oversee implementation of best practices that enable cultural, organizational, and process improvements

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience - 3+ years of technology consulting experience, ideally with a SaaS or product-focused company - Demonstrated ability to lead diverse technical teams through challenging enterprise engagements - Strong presentation, documentation, and project management skills - Solid technical background in delivering observability solutions and large-scale enterprise deployments - Project management training, experience, or certification; cloud, application development, ITSM, or DevOps background is a plus
