AI Product Engineer (Full stack)

Role overview This project-based role combines product discovery with end-to-end engineering. You’ll identify a product opportunity, present it for review, then build an approved idea into a deployed product, working across AI or machine learning components, backend services, data, and user interface. Work is organized into short agile sprints with regular progress reviews.

Responsibilities - Research product opportunities, document them, and present them for consideration. - Build approved products from initial implementation through release. - Develop the AI agent or machine learning components, backend, interface, and supporting data work needed for a project. - Participate in sprint calls, share progress, and adapt to changing priorities. - Check your work carefully and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements - Be a Sri Lankan citizen living in Sri Lanka. - Have independently built and deployed a full-stack product, including its frontend, backend, data, and deployment. - Have completed a practical project that applies AI agents or machine learning to a real-world problem, beyond a tutorial or course exercise. - Be able to share working software, code, or a demo of something you have shipped. - Have reliable internet access and a suitable computer. - Communicate respectfully, work reliably, and be comfortable with sprint-based delivery and regular reviews.
