Responsibilities - Research how businesses in a chosen industry handle sales, bookings, and customer support. - Identify common customer questions and tasks to inform useful agent templates. - Build templates that other businesses in the industry can adapt. - Write concise setup guidance so owners can customize a template themselves. - Test templates against realistic scenarios and refine them over time. - Share findings with content and product colleagues so guidance and product experiences align.

Requirements - Understanding of small businesses and interest in building tools that save them time. - Relevant experience may come from building AI agents or chatbots for an industry, working with service businesses, or using no-code automation tools. - Ability to study real businesses and translate their workflows into practical customer-facing agent behavior.
