Senior Product Designer

Role overview A senior product designer leads complex product work from early problem framing through launch, helping improve existing experiences and shape new privacy-focused capabilities. Responsibilities - Identify and solve product problems with partners across teams, exploring concepts that improve usability and broaden appeal. - Turn ambiguous challenges into proposals, success criteria, and practical plans; carry projects through execution and release. - Communicate visual and interaction choices through polished mockups, prototypes, and clear rationale. - Use qualitative research, quantitative data, and experimentation to guide design decisions. - Write creative briefs that clarify goals, reasoning, and measures of success for collaborators. - Share expertise, guide teammates, and help maintain strong execution quality across assigned product areas.

Requirements - At least six years of product design experience, including two or more years in senior design roles at significant global consumer brands. - Experience managing projects of different levels of complexity from proposal to release, with transparent cross-functional collaboration. - Strong visual and interaction design craft, including the ability to present work through high-quality mockups and prototypes. - Experience with research and experimentation, using both qualitative and quantitative evidence. - Ability to handle ambiguity, take initiative, and move ideas forward with appropriate urgency and discretion. - Experience contributing to product prioritization, strategy, and user testing.
