Senior Technical Account Manager (UK)

Role overview This senior advisory role partners with major European critical infrastructure and industrial organisations to strengthen their Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity posture. The position blends hands-on technical credibility with consulting and relationship management, helping customers translate business priorities into measurable security outcomes and mature programmes over time.

Responsibilities - Act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for a portfolio of customer accounts across Europe. - Lead onboarding, adoption, and value-realisation workshops that align platform capabilities with customer objectives. - Guide customers through operationalising key use cases and integrating solutions into existing security and operational workflows. - Monitor account health, adoption trends, and utilisation, proactively flagging risk and supporting recovery plans. - Deliver enablement sessions, training, and executive briefings that build customer self-sufficiency. - Represent the voice of the customer to internal product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements - At least 3 years' experience in OT, ICS, or critical infrastructure environments with working knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems. - Background in security operations, threat detection, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or adjacent cybersecurity disciplines. - Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, SANS ICS controls, CAF, or the Cyber Resilience Act. - Demonstrated ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders through workshops, training, and advisory engagements. - Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. - Multilingual candidates, particularly those speaking German and other European languages, are highly preferred.
