Role overview This director-level role leads a portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity products that protect critical infrastructure organizations. Reporting into senior product leadership, the position owns strategy and delivery across multiple product areas, builds and develops a team of product managers, and partners closely with engineering, sales, customer experience, threat intelligence, and marketing.
Responsibilities - Own product strategy and execution across the assigned portfolio, with accountability for customer, business, and delivery outcomes - Drive the strategy for capabilities such as telemetry ingestion, adversary research, vulnerability intelligence, and asset data, ensuring the underlying intelligence continuously improves platform outputs - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, setting a high bar for rigor and individual growth - Champion customer discovery and validation throughout the product lifecycle, representing the voice of the customer in planning forums - Partner with engineering leadership on prioritization and on-time, high-quality delivery - Drive go-to-market readiness with sales, marketing, and customer experience, including launches, POCs, and enablement - Track OT cybersecurity market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
Requirements - 10+ years of enterprise B2B cybersecurity product management experience, including 4+ years managing product managers - Background in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or OT/ICS; experience in critical-infrastructure verticals is a plus - Hands-on ownership of product areas across MDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and cloud or SaaS delivery - Proven track record of shipping AI- or ML-powered product capabilities with data science partners - Experience launching products to Global 2000 customers across multiple geographies - Strong customer discovery, strategic prioritization, and cross-functional alignment skills - Ability to define and track product KPIs and communicate outcomes in business terms to senior leadership - Willingness to travel roughly 15% for customer meetings, conferences, and company events
