Role overview
Use large datasets to develop client-facing analyses and reusable data products that support decisions across product, analytics, client success, and sales teams. The role combines hands-on data exploration with collaboration and communication; there is room to grow toward either presenting insights or taking on deeper technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Analyze behavioral patterns in data about medical professionals using SQL and Python. - Build analyses for internal teams and their clients, translating questions into clear findings. - Develop data products and automate code so that colleagues can reuse the work. - Explore datasets, check analytical outputs carefully, and surface useful insights beyond the initial request. - Work with non-technical partners to understand needs and explain results.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant experience, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, curiosity, precision, and care for data quality. - Strong SQL skills, including writing and evaluating complex queries across multiple related tables. - Fluency in Python and experience with common analysis libraries such as NumPy, pandas, statsmodels, and Matplotlib. - Experience working with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of statistics, data visualization tools, or advanced Excel. - Experience presenting analytical findings to non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with healthcare data or industry contexts. - Experience with AI coding assistants or workflows that incorporate AI tools.
