Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Cost Visibility- Romania(Remote)

Role overview This is a senior full-stack engineering role on an R&D team building an AI cost visibility product inside a multicloud intelligence platform. You will own features end-to-end — from Go services that ingest and model AI spend, through public APIs, to React interfaces used by FinOps practitioners and platform engineers. The role is remote within EMEA; this listing targets candidates based in Romania.

Responsibilities - Drive features from customer problem framing through design, implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration, taking accountability for reliability, user experience, and measurable impact - Design and scale backend services in Go alongside product experiences in TypeScript and React, turning large volumes of cost and usage data into interfaces that make answers obvious and decisions defensible - Build capabilities API-first so both people and automated agents can drive the platform, not only the UI - Use AI tools daily across the engineering workflow — codebase exploration, prototyping, code generation and review, debugging, tests, and documentation — and bring clear judgment about where AI genuinely raises velocity versus where humans must hold the quality bar - Mentor peers, lead design reviews, and shape engineering practices that let the team move quickly without breaking customer trust

Requirements - 7+ years of professional software engineering, including multi-tenant SaaS products with end-to-end feature ownership in production - Strong Go for backend services covering APIs, data processing, and operational realities - Strong TypeScript with modern React, plus a good eye for how data should be presented - Comfort owning a feature from the data model through to the interface, even if you lean toward one side of the stack - Hands-on experience building on a public cloud (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable) and working SQL on an analytical store such as BigQuery - Product-oriented thinking, self-organised working style, strong English communication, and a demonstrated AI-augmented workflow

Nice to have - Familiarity with FinOps, token and model pricing, inference and GPU economics, or cloud cost-management products - A portfolio that showcases what you have built - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
