Senior Full-Stack Engineer (ML Team)

Role overview Join the Machine Learning team of a remote-first company that combines advanced AI with verified human expertise to deliver professional services at global scale. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will build and scale product capabilities around AI-enabled experiences, experimentation, and optimization, with a backend-heavy emphasis that includes some frontend work.

Responsibilities - Build backend-heavy full-stack solutions that support team initiatives spanning personalization, intake experiences, and AI-powered product improvements. - Contribute to frontend development as needed to deliver end-to-end product functionality. - Work on LLM- and AI agent-related application features and integrations, including self-optimization capabilities connected to intake workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners and adjacent engineering teams on shared initiatives. - Practice specification-driven engineering, translating requirements into clear, well-scoped specs before and during implementation. - Write maintainable, production-quality code and contribute to standard quality practices, including unit and integration tests.

Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering in a full-stack role. - Strong knowledge of C# and .NET for building scalable backend services and application logic. - Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with React experience preferred. - Hands-on experience with AI and LLM workflows and integrating AI-powered or agent-based capabilities into real applications. - Some exposure to Python for model development, data analysis, and automation, plus strong SQL skills for querying, transformation, and reporting. - Strong problem-solving skills and upper-intermediate English or stronger for cross-functional collaboration.
