About this role
Role overview Own and improve the connected systems used by sales, marketing, and revenue operations. You’ll investigate the business need behind requests, build durable fixes across CRM, marketing automation, quoting, and sales tools, and help teams handle routine work themselves. The position is remote; contractors in Bulgaria and elsewhere in Eastern Europe are considered.
Responsibilities - Manage how customer and revenue data moves across CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales-engagement systems. - Clarify business problems, present options and trade-offs, and guide teams toward sound system changes. - Replace recurring manual tasks with automation, integrations, and self-service tools. - Maintain reliable integrations, including API safeguards, error handling, monitoring, and consistent sandbox-to-production changes. - Keep data models clean, improve data quality at entry, and document changes through the release process. - Support users during EMEA hours and use recurring issues to prioritize improvements; apply AI tools in day-to-day development and investigation.
Requirements - At least three years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, including advanced Flow, data, and security models, plus experience with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ. - Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST APIs, with scripting ability in Python or JavaScript. - Examples of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, ideally with measurable before-and-after results. - Understanding of connected-system design and the lead-to-quote-to-close process, including lead lifecycle and attribution. - Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools; able to communicate clearly and work with both business users and engineers. - Fluent English and authorization to work in the country of residence; sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification; Git or SFDX; deeper experience with sales and marketing platforms; cloud services; or integration platforms and event-driven systems.
