About this role

Role overview Take ownership of the connected business systems that support sales, marketing, and revenue operations, spanning CRM, marketing automation, CPQ, and related tools. This is a hands-on systems engineering role: understand the business need behind requests, account for effects across integrations, and make durable improvements that reduce manual work. Remote employment is described for several European countries, with contractor arrangements available in some locations.

Responsibilities - Maintain the relationships and data flows among CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales engagement systems. - Investigate requests, identify the underlying business problem, explain trade-offs, and recommend an appropriate solution. - Reduce repetitive work by creating automation and self-service tools for business users. - Build practical integrations, scripts, and small tools that are reliable and maintainable. - Keep data models lean, retire legacy workarounds, and improve data quality where information enters systems. - Ensure integrations handle API limits and errors, support the stack during EMEA hours, and document changes from sandbox through production.

Requirements - 3 or more years working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including advanced Flow, data, and security, and experience with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ. - Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, REST APIs, and Python or JavaScript scripting. - A record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, supported by before-and-after examples. - Good judgment about where data and logic belong across integrated platforms. - Understanding of sales lifecycle and marketing funnel processes, including lead stages and attribution. - Fluent English, daily use of AI development or automation tools, and strong communication with business users and engineers. - Eligibility to work in the country of residence; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have - Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification, Git/SFDX, experience with sales and marketing platforms, cloud services, integration platforms, or event-driven systems.

Benefits and work setup The source lists flexible working, health insurance, parental leave, stock options, a home office allowance, professional development support, peer recognition, and unlimited vacation for full-time employees.
