Sr. FullStack Engineer - React/Python

Role overview

Build and improve a platform’s end-to-end experience, with a primary focus on complex, data-rich interfaces. You’ll work across React and TypeScript user experiences and the Python services behind AI-supported document workflows, collaborating with product and design to take features from concept to production.

Responsibilities

- Develop data-heavy views, real-time chat, and interactive document-collaboration features. - Manage complex frontend state and streaming or live interactions. - Design and support backend services and integrations using Python and FastAPI. - Build accessible, responsive interfaces and help deliver features across the stack. - Work with product and design to turn user needs into production-ready functionality.

Requirements

- At least five years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in React frontend development. - Strong TypeScript skills and experience with Redux Toolkit or a comparable state-management approach. - Experience building real-time interfaces with native WebSockets and accessible, responsive UI components. - Production experience with Python and FastAPI. - Familiarity with relational and document databases such as MySQL and MongoDB. - Working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS and RDS, and advanced English proficiency.
