Product Engineer

Role overview Build software for complex AI-enabled workflows, working across product design and engineering. You’ll take product features from early interaction decisions through production delivery, with a focus on making evidence, uncertainty, and human oversight clear in the interface.

Responsibilities - Own product features from interaction design through implementation and launch. - Build interfaces that help users inspect evidence, understand uncertainty, and exercise control. - Develop typed APIs and application services, with attention to testing and observability. - Work closely with client operators and technical teams to understand workflows and deliver useful software. - Break ambiguous problems into small releases that can be tested and improved.

Requirements - Strong experience building interfaces with React and TypeScript. - Backend engineering instincts to contribute to APIs and application services. - Care for typography, interaction details, and accessibility. - Ability to explain product and engineering tradeoffs to people without specialist technical backgrounds.
