Web Full Stack Engineer

Role overview Build and operate cloud based web products across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You’ll turn prototypes, automation workflows, and predictive models into reliable features, working with product and data colleagues to support production use.

Responsibilities - Develop full stack applications and integrations, including APIs and background processing. - Improve worker queues, scheduled jobs, and cloud infrastructure to support availability and low latency. - Convert prototypes and internal tools into production ready features with product and data teams. - Build dashboards for automation workflows and connect them with agent or robotic process automation platforms. - Use AI assisted tools in development, reviews, and testing, and share knowledge with teammates.

Requirements - At least 3 years building full stack web applications, including API integrations and background jobs. - Strong Ruby on Rails, SQL, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript experience, including React and Node.js. - Experience deploying and monitoring scalable applications on a public cloud platform. - Practical exposure to automation, RPA, autonomous agents, or document processing solutions. - Ability to deliver complete product features from specifications or mockups and follow applicable HIPAA requirements. - A private, quiet remote workspace, reliable high speed internet, and comfort communicating by video and phone.

Nice to have Experience with document intelligence services, message brokers, complex state machines, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, or multi-agent orchestration. Experience building agents with tools such as UiPath or Gemini AI Studio is also useful.
