- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner
- Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use customer support tools and platforms
- Prior experience in the travel industry or related roles is an advantage but not required.
