UX/UI Designer

Role overview Design and improve digital products by combining user research, interaction and visual design, and iterative prototyping. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements and user insights into responsive experiences for websites, mobile applications, and related digital materials.

Responsibilities - Research user needs through interviews, usability testing, and A/B tests to identify design opportunities. - Create clear, visually engaging interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. - Design responsive experiences that work across screen sizes and devices. - Collaborate with teammates to understand requirements and develop suitable design solutions. - Apply user-centered design and design thinking methods throughout the work. - Prototype, test, and refine designs based on user feedback and research findings.

Requirements - At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience. - Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs. - Familiarity with design thinking methods, user research, and A/B testing. - Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or comparable design tools. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or WordPress. - Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.
