QA Analyst

Role overview Help ensure software products meet user needs and business expectations by planning and carrying out systematic quality checks. You’ll work with cross-functional and Scrum teams to turn product requirements into test coverage, find defects, and communicate testing status so issues can be resolved before release.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with product and engineering colleagues to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Participate in Scrum ceremonies and coordinate testing within an Agile workflow. - Create and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Record and track defects in an issue management tool, and work with developers to reproduce and resolve them. - Report testing progress, keep management informed, and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements - At least 3 years of QA Analyst experience across multiple projects. - Working knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum, with experience as part of an Agile team. - Ability to write thorough test plans and test cases. - Solid understanding of software testing methods and quality practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have - ISTQB or another relevant certification.
