This leadership role shapes the narrative editing experience inside an AI-powered video and audio creation platform. The Lead Product Manager owns the end-to-end editing journey, from script-first workflows and in-product recording to transcription, translation, and AI-assisted regeneration. It is a high-impact position on a small, collaborative team building tools that professional creators rely on for their most important content.
Responsibilities
- Drive the editor roadmap by building deep insight into customer workflows, creative goals, and emerging AI video trends - Translate editorial taste and craft into product defaults that help creators produce polished work with less friction - Partner closely with AI research counterparts to ship features such as video regeneration and automatic speaker identification - Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that power end-to-end video workflows - Ensure the product scales reliably for larger teams and more sophisticated editing use cases
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple yet scale to complex use cases - Demonstrated ability to design intuitive experiences for end-to-end, multi-step workflows - Strong customer-discovery skills and a philosophy that starts with user problems rather than technology - Comfort with ambiguous problem spaces where competitors and product conventions are still being defined - High attention to craft and detail, paired with a calm, low-stress approach to shipping
