Role overview

As a Staff Applied AI Engineer for the sales domain, you will own the agents, skills and orchestration patterns that support revenue workflows such as deal review, proposal and RFP response, and account growth. The role combines hands-on LLM application development with staff-level technical leadership, quality standards and mentoring. This is a full-time role based in London with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

- Design and ship a reusable library of sales-domain agents, skills and orchestration patterns. - Build flagship workflows for activities such as deal review, RFP response and account acceleration. - Bring workflows to a production-quality standard suitable for repeated customer use. - Define evaluation frameworks and quality expectations for domain-specific agents. - Mentor applied AI engineers and raise engineering and evaluation discipline across the team. - Partner with forward-deployed engineering teams during customer implementations and rollouts.

Requirements

- Strong applied AI or LLM engineering experience with a proven production track record. - Staff-level technical leadership, including architectural judgement and influence across teams. - Rigorous approach to evaluation, reliability and measurable workflow quality. - Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering maintainable systems. - Familiarity with sales, revenue or go-to-market workflows is a significant advantage. - Outcome-focused, customer-oriented working style with a bias toward completing production work.
