About this role
Role overview A senior engineering position acting as technical owner for workforce integrations on a cloud-native identity security platform. The role centers on building and operating scalable, highly available services in C#/.NET that secure human and machine identities across modern enterprise environments.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using C#/.NET alongside client-installed agents - Maintain high standards of software quality and security through regular code and process reviews - Collaborate across product management, architecture, and customer support to incorporate user feedback - Operate inside Scrum with cross-functional teammates to shape requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to architecture - Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost - Troubleshoot production incidents with support teams and customers, and improve automation, monitoring, and incident response - Mentor engineers and encourage continuous learning across the team
Requirements - Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core development - Experience with Azure DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing - Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices - Ability to work in English with sufficient fluency to follow and contribute to technical discussions
Nice to have - Significant Azure Cloud tech stack experience - Background in Privileged Access Management, secret server or vault solutions, and cybersecurity-focused software - Direct customer-facing or support experience - SQL and code optimization expertise - Experience working in FedRAMP environments
