Senior Product Manager - Identity Inventory, Correlation and Graph

Role overview

Lead the middle layer of an enterprise identity security platform as a Senior Product Manager. The focus is the inventory of identities and resources, the correlation service that decides when two accounts belong to the same person, and the graph that traces where that identity can reach. This layer publishes what downstream authorization products read when deciding access in the moment, so its contracts and consistency classes shape the platform's reliability.

Responsibilities

- Drive the roadmap for an identity graph and correlation service that resolves scattered accounts across multiple clouds into a single user, service, or AI agent, and surfaces what each identity can reach. - Own the inventory and resource explorer that adjacent products depend on, including coverage and freshness targets. - Define how effective access is computed and where the computation lives, so a permission granted through nested groups resolves consistently for every consumer. - Publish stable schemas, contracts, and a change feed for the team's data, and enforce that schema drift fails the build. - Set latency and consistency classes for graph queries, and decide which answers stay off the request path. - Plan the convergence of existing correlation and graph stores with the engineering teams that operate them, proving that any replacement data path returns what the prior path returned before cutover. - Work alongside consuming product teams to design services they can adopt without bespoke integrations, and track onboarding quarter over quarter.

Requirements

- 5+ years in product management, ideally in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS. - Working familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA). - Technical fluency with modern AI/ML concepts such as large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP and A2A protocols, and model fine-tuning, enough to weigh tradeoffs and shape requirements. - Track record of shipping AI-driven or data-centric products through the full lifecycle, including schema- or contract-first delivery. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers on solutions that balance scalability, security, and user experience. - Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical detail into business value for both internal and external audiences.

Nice to have

- Hands-on familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience supporting PAM or IGA governance programs. - Exposure to open-source AI platforms or direct customer-facing products, and engagement with technical user communities.
