Role overview Senior Solutions Architect focused on delivery services and capabilities for mission-driven customers. Acts as the trusted technical advisor during initial engagement and transition to long-term execution, partnering with engineering teams to maximize mission impact. U.S. citizenship is required because the employer is a U.S. government contractor.

Responsibilities - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, clarifying needs, goals, and constraints. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers while fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Run proof-of-concept work and assist with product demos and content creation. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and assemble, deploy, test, and troubleshoot deployment packages. - Collaborate across product, engineering, and growth teams on discovery, framing, and innovation efforts. - Track industry trends, run competitor analysis, and recommend process improvements that lift team efficiency.

Requirements - 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in a manager role and a track record of developing high-performing teams. - Extensive hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containers, plus the wider CNCF ecosystem. - Ability to architect cloud and on-prem solutions and articulate trade-offs to varied audiences. - 4+ years working with full-stack development teams and 5+ years of customer-facing engagement in defense settings. - Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and comfort with web technologies and continuous delivery practices. - Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
