About this role
Role overview Build a client education program from the ground up for legal professionals using an AI-powered knowledge platform. The role balances program design with direct delivery: create learning resources that scale through self-service and customer success teams, while personally leading important training engagements for large clients. Users include lawyers, knowledge management professionals, and firm administrators.
Responsibilities - Design role-based learning paths and decide which topics are best handled through self-service, customer success teams, or direct instruction. - Develop core courses from initial scripts through recording and publication. - Write and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content. - Coach customer success managers with scripts, demonstrations, and facilitation guides. - Plan and deliver virtual and on-site training for large and strategic clients. - Work with product and product marketing teams to turn new features into useful training and share client feedback with product teams. - Measure training effectiveness and its relationship to user adoption.
Requirements - Five to ten years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal industry. - Legal sector experience, ideally as a practicing attorney or in customer education or enablement for legal technology. - Experience building a training program and scalable learning resources, not only delivering live sessions. - Ability to assess training outcomes and demonstrate impact on adoption. - Hands-on skill in scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear documentation. - Confidence presenting to partners, senior lawyers, and firm leaders; comfort building in a fast-moving environment. - Based in the U.S. Eastern Time zone; able to travel up to 40%.
Benefits and work setup - Founding role for the client enablement function, with scope to shape the program and a potential path to team leadership as it grows. - Base compensation with equity; the listing states an expected compensation range of $140,000 to $175,000 OTE. - Open to candidates authorized to work in the United States.
