Job details
About this role
Role overview Improve the backend services that let AI agents submit extraction jobs and retrieve structured results. You’ll develop the Jobs API and MCP server, making asynchronous work dependable and economical as usage grows across edge services and the systems that perform extraction.

Requirements - At least four years building production backend services in TypeScript, Python or Go. - Experience with queues, asynchronous job processing and SQL databases. - Experience operating services on a cloud platform. - Strong API design judgment, including versioning, idempotency and understandable errors. - Clear written English.
Nice to have - Experience with Cloudflare Workers, D1 or Durable Objects. - Familiarity with ClickHouse or another column-oriented database. - Previous work on MCP servers, OAuth flows or developer-facing APIs.
