Role overview
Help organizations build lasting value from privacy operations software, from initial onboarding through adoption, retention, and growth. As a strategic customer partner, you will coordinate implementations, guide stakeholders through privacy workflows, identify risks early, and bring customer feedback to teams shaping the product and service experience.
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and outcomes from onboarding through ongoing success and retention. - Lead implementation projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, training, and delivery milestones. - Encourage platform adoption and help customers put privacy practices into day-to-day operation. - Build relationships across customer privacy, security, legal, operations, and executive teams. - Monitor account health, identify churn risks, and lead plans to address customer concerns. - Work with product, support, sales, and solution architecture teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. - Share customer feedback and help improve onboarding methods, engagement, and scalable success processes.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, SaaS onboarding, implementation management, or a similar customer-facing role. - Strong understanding of privacy operations and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. - Project management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle multiple customer priorities. - Clear communicator who can build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including customer leaders. - Able to spot adoption challenges and customer risks proactively and drive follow-through.
Nice to have
- Experience working with privacy platforms or with privacy, security, legal, or compliance teams. - Familiarity with SaaS implementation workflows and customers in fast-moving or highly regulated environments.
