Role overview
A partner-facing technical architect role supporting channel ecosystems across the EMEA region. The position bridges technical enablement, joint business planning, and solution delivery for partners pursuing cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation initiatives. The architect acts as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with internal product, engineering, and services teams while remaining accountable for partner-facing technical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources - Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align internal and partner technical teams - Support partner-led initiatives including customer demonstrations, proof-of-value exercises, enablement workshops, and coaching on best practices - Advocate for partner technical concerns, such as use cases, feature requests, and support cases, with internal stakeholders and help drive them to resolution - Analyze partner service offerings on a recurring basis and recommend improvements that increase platform adoption - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities - Continuously curate and evolve adoption best practices for the platform
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development or operations experience - Demonstrated track record and a passion for continuous learning - Self-starter mindset with business acumen and confidence presenting to diverse audiences, from engineering teams to executive stakeholders - Must currently reside in the EU - Hands-on experience in two or more of: observability tooling; public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba); containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry); scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go); configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef); or CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab)
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting channel partners such as systems integrators or managed services providers - Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring platforms spanning APM, infrastructure, logs, synthetics, or network performance monitoring - Background in root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
