Requirements - Hands-on experience building GenAI applications such as retrieval-augmented generation systems, multi-agent workflows, Text2SQL pipelines, or fine-tuned models. - Familiarity with popular GenAI frameworks including HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy. - Production deployment experience for generative AI, including evaluation pipelines and optimization strategies. - Strong data science background using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch. - Proven track record deploying production-grade machine learning systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (computer science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or similar) or equivalent practical experience. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have - Experience working with unified data and AI platforms and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed datasets. - Comfort with regular customer travel, roughly once every four to eight weeks.
Benefits and work setup - Region-specific benefits package, with details provided during the hiring process. - Inclusive hiring practices and a stated commitment to equal opportunity. - Remote work permitted within Germany, with Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt as preferred locations.
