AI Engineer (Agentic Systems / LLMs)

Role overview Design and deliver end-to-end AI agents that connect language models to business systems and support practical workflows. This senior engineering role also establishes evaluation practices and improves agent quality, speed, and operating cost across conversational AI and fintech use cases.

Responsibilities - Build, test, and deploy scalable, stateful agents in Python using modern agent frameworks and SDKs. - Connect agents to data sources, internal services, and external APIs. - Create evaluation pipelines and monitor agent performance, including response accuracy. - Improve prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool integrations for reliability and efficiency. - Track relevant generative AI developments and apply them to production systems.

Requirements - Senior experience engineering LLM-based applications and agentic systems. - Strong Python development skills and experience deploying production services. - Ability to integrate models with APIs, data, and existing business systems. - Advanced English proficiency (C1). - Full-time focus during agreed working hours; any additional professional activity must be disclosed and must not interfere.
