About this role
Role overview
Own the design and frontend implementation of product features for a marketing operations platform that helps teams coordinate AI agents and workflows. You’ll work directly with marketing specialists to understand their day-to-day needs, then take features from discovery and prototyping through polished production screens. The role combines hands-on product design, React development, and responsibility for a consistent experience across the application.
Responsibilities - Observe users’ workflows and translate problems into product features, including agent interactions, dashboards, and planning tools. - Design, build, and ship features using Figma and frontend code; prototype ideas quickly and get feedback from users. - Maintain a coherent design system across the product, including shared patterns and detailed states such as loading and empty screens. - Create clear interfaces for dense marketing data and define interactions for streaming responses, review steps, and missing information. - Work with brand partners to bring updated visual direction into the product.
Requirements - A portfolio or live work that demonstrates shipped product UI and both design and code contributions. - Strong React, TypeScript, and CSS skills, with the ability to own a frontend codebase; Tailwind experience is a plus. - Strong visual and interaction design skills, including typography, layout, color, motion, and micro-interactions. - Comfort working in both Figma and a code editor, with sound judgment about when to prototype in each. - User curiosity, systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and clear communication of design decisions. - Daily use of AI development tools and interest in how AI products should behave; around five or more years across design, with some frontend engineering experience, is typical.
Nice to have - Customer-facing product work or research with expert users; experience creating design systems. - Data visualization, animation, LLM APIs, streaming interfaces, or agent products. - Familiarity with marketing, ecommerce, analytics, or advertising workflows.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first, with weekly office work expected for employees near the New York or Lisbon hubs; other hubs include Brazil and Spain. - The role supports a team working 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time. - Unlimited paid time off, local holidays, and flexible parental leave.
