Load Test Engineer

Role overview Design and run realistic load tests to reveal how customer systems behave under heavy, time-sensitive demand, then work with engineering teams to diagnose and address bottlenecks. Responsibilities - Model real user behavior in test scenarios and implement them in Python across the protocols a customer system uses. - Agree on test goals with customer engineers, run tests, analyze results, and iterate with teams as they make changes. - Identify performance bottlenecks and help customers understand the evidence and potential remedies. - Maintain and improve a production load-testing platform, including its Go backend, React interfaces, and AWS infrastructure. - Handle platform maintenance such as bug fixes, dependency and infrastructure upgrades, and engagement-specific improvements. - Take on a greater role in leading customer test sessions as experience grows.
