Product Manager, Agent

Role overview This position focuses on shaping the end-to-end product experience of an AI-powered agent used by marketers within a SaaS messaging platform. The role owns a defined slice of the self-serve customer journey, partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience teams to drive measurable improvements. It is a remote, async-first opportunity suited to a product manager who enjoys experimentation and translating data into product direction.

Responsibilities - Own the product experience of an in-platform agent, ensuring it is competitive, helpful, and well-integrated across every surface it touches - Collaborate with other product squads to make sure the agent works seamlessly with adjacent platform areas - Identify friction points through data analysis, experimentation, and customer insight, then ship targeted improvements - Define and track success metrics covering activation, retention, and monetization - Partner with marketing, customer experience, and design teams so the agent succeeds across all touchpoints - Scope and prioritize improvements with engineering that produce real customer value - Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress clearly across teams and leadership

Requirements - Three or more years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally including exposure to agentic or AI-driven product experiences - Hands-on experience using or building AI-powered tooling as part of a product workflow - A demonstrated track record of moving activation or retention metrics - Strong analytical and experimentation skills, comfortable making decisions amid ambiguity - Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and customer experience functions - Clear communication style with the ability to simplify complex tradeoffs and build alignment - Comfort operating autonomously in a remote, async-first setting
