Product Manager – NuPoint Time Deposits & Deposit Operations

Role overview Own the roadmap and backlog for time deposit products and related banking applications, connecting customer and operational needs with regulatory requirements and software delivery. Work across product, engineering, compliance, operations, and support to shape enhancements from initial request through release, while building deep expertise in the applications.

Responsibilities - Review customer requests, support issues, defects, and regulatory changes to set priorities. - Define product features, workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria for development teams. - Coordinate with technical product partners and engineers on implementation, planning, and releases. - Track requirements affecting certificates of deposit, IRAs, time deposits, and related products. - Work with internal stakeholders to validate enhancements and keep product documentation accurate. - Support testing, product demonstrations, and stakeholder updates as needed.

Requirements - Experience in banking operations, deposit products, core banking technology, product management, business analysis, or a related area. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain needs to technical and nontechnical audiences. - Experience with requirements, product backlogs, customer enhancements, or software development teams. - Strong prioritization, organization, research, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage competing needs, collaborate across teams, and adapt as requirements change. - Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Nice to have - Knowledge of time deposits, CDs, IRAs, savings products, general ledger, balancing, or back-office banking. - Experience with a core banking platform, Agile delivery, APIs, integrations, or tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with AI productivity tools; a college degree is preferred, though relevant experience may substitute.
