Senior Product Manager
Job details
About this role
Role overview Own the roadmap, backlog, and detailed product requirements for an AI-enabled platform that supports care between clinical visits. This senior individual contributor role translates leadership priorities and customer evidence into clear, deliverable work, while ensuring features serve reusable care workflows rather than one-off requests. The role reports to the COO and works closely with the CEO, CTO, engineering, and other partners.
Responsibilities - Maintain near-term priorities and longer-term roadmap direction, explaining decisions, trade-offs, and out-of-scope work. - Write and maintain product requirements in a code repository, linking them to engineering work and describing user flows, system behavior, and acceptance criteria. - Use AI tools to explore flows, draft requirements, and prototype ideas, then personally review work for accuracy and completeness. - Partner with engineering on backlog refinement, sprint planning, scope changes, and day-to-day product questions. - Review completed features against requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate fixes and product acceptance before release. - Gather customer and user feedback, translate requests into reusable capabilities, and create lightweight workflow diagrams or prototypes where useful.
Requirements - Strong product execution skills, including roadmap prioritization, detailed requirements writing, and delivery follow-through. - Ability to understand user workflows quickly and use customer, stakeholder, and market evidence to guide decisions. - Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and communicating scope, acceptance criteria, and changes clearly. - Sound judgment balancing customer value, business goals, risk, and implementation effort. - Experience reviewing delivered functionality and learning from post-release adoption and feedback.
Benefits and work setup The position is fully remote and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage; 20 vacation days and 5 sick days annually; a 401(k); development equipment; and an opportunity to contribute to healthcare delivery. Compensation includes a $140,000–$165,000 base salary, a performance-based bonus, and equity.
