Customer Delivery Manager

Role overview This Customer Delivery Manager role focuses on helping customers resolve business and technical challenges tied to a software product portfolio, acting as an integrator between business needs and technology-driven solutions. The position combines technical subject matter expertise with customer success ownership, including process design, solution shaping, and adoption support.

Responsibilities - Serve as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, building relationships that drive delivery, adoption, and ongoing value realization. - Apply product expertise and industry best practices to help customers optimize processes and achieve desired business outcomes. - Lead cross-functional customer initiatives by partnering with product, engineering, support, professional services, and customer relationship teams. - Manage customer health, service performance, risks, escalations, and continuous improvement opportunities. - Develop solution recommendations, facilitate customer reviews, and identify opportunities for expanded adoption and additional services.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Minimum of one year of product, solutions, or technical customer support experience in a comparable environment. - Expertise with Output, eCare, IM, and Payment Manager products. - Experience managing customer relationships in SaaS, technology, telecommunications, or managed services settings. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business-level English. - Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have - Familiarity with customer success methodologies, project management principles, and change management concepts. - Strong presentation, facilitation, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
